It wouldn't be Bob, but the longest one I can think of is Little Richard. But he hasn't put out an album in so long, he just pops up for some performances.

Out of people who still do music, it's probably a prolific writer. I'm pretty sure Smokey Robinson and Paul Anka still make some music. They've definitely been at it since the early or mid 50s, can't think of anyone earlier than that atm
