yeah ppl on this site are ignorant to how trash windows is

they think you're paying more for the apple logo but you're paying more for software that is based on unix/freebsd the most stable and reliable os around

netflix and most streaming servers use it for a reason

windows is a hot pile of trash, I work in it and troubleshoot dumb ass windows issues all the time

I used to be one of those idiots before I had actually tried MacOS. I thought it was just overpriced. But it actually runs better on lower specs. I don't ever see myself going back. My 2015 pro was my first and it's still running perfectly after 3356 battery cycles. This summer I'm finally upgrading for the first worthy upgrade with the 16 inch. Might get the 2020 refresh or just last year's, I don't know.

damn that's a ton of battery cycles, yeah a macbook can really last a while without a lot of added maintenance

yeah this new upgrade seems like a good one i doubt the 2020 will be that big of a jump

it's rumored to have 10nm intel so it should get a battery bump and a 10% performance bump

Yeah, I'm personally a big fan of their refurb page lol. If I can find a 2019 with the specs I want on there that's what I'm gonna do for sure.

I don't care too much for the battery, I'm the type to have everything I may need in my laptop bag and I have charging cables everywhere just incase too; my bed, office, desk, car, bag, living room and kitchen.

But incase they surprise us for something for once I'm not ruling out the 2020 just yet. Knowing everything beforehand with those leaks is kind of a curse because I never get hyped anymore lol

yeah the refurb page is great, everything I've gotten from there runs like it's brand new

and yeah I'm the same way with my mbp, I have chargers everywhere.. i even have a battery that can charger it also
plus I'm usually using something that kills my battery so fast when I use the pro that it really doesn't matter

also yeah the leaks have been so spot on for a while about anything apple it really kills the hype

im still hyped to see what they do with the rumored arm based 12/13 inch laptop that thing sounds awesome
