When I was younger and broke I loved seeing everything and imagining fits
Now I’m older with $$$ and hate having to go inside at all
It’s just a real boring unpleasant experience. I’m wondering if it’s one of those things kids like more than adults
nah fr this why i barely buy s*** these days, i be mending what I own and getting secondhand clothes but now all my shoes are beater shoes and i need to get new shoes and im like, nah my 10 year old stans can keep on going lmfaoooo
Thrift shopping where it's at.

i don’t live in a major city like that so most of the thrift stores are pretty boring
plus you supposed to wash that s*** right after buying i think and that sounds exhausting

Also I cannot stress it enough how Ebay , knowing which vintage pieces you’re looking for + knowing your measurements all go a long way.

I shop at burlington lmao and still get some yall just gotta avoid all the s*** with brands all over the shirt and have a sense of style and you straight
i dont like irl shopping, but online shopping can be fun, i just don't do it often bc i already have enough lol
I hate how expensive things have become and I hate that thrifting has basically become gentrified by rich cacs. But nah shopping for new clothes outside of the prices is normally exciting.
I used to love shopping when I was in high school. Today, it's a doggone chore. More specifically: I absolutely HATE shopping for pants, but I like buying jackets. Pants are a hassle to try on and I find it hard to find pants that I actually like, but jackets? Easy to throw on and take off and they look dope most of the time.
Shopping for anything in person nowadays is a nightmare. Retailers are so understaffed i don't even bother anymore. I'll gladly pay the delivery fee + other fees to not deal with long lines and stupid people
I hate buying online just bc you never know how somethings gonna fit but it’s also hella annoying going irl just to try s*** on
