I hate buying online just bc you never know how somethings gonna fit but it’s also hella annoying going irl just to try s*** on
Yeah this the only downfall to online shopping. You can know your size but sometimes different brands fit differently. That’s why when I order pants with a new brand or site I order my regular and a size down just to be safe. I wish shopping irl was more convenient 😮💨
Easy.
Buy online
Find a good tailor
Know your inseam and waist
Know your tshirt measurements for length and chest
This eliminates 60% of your problems. The other 40% is probably bad material, quality, etc.
I love it, but I'm bad at shopping in person, I get too caught up in the bright lights and lose my head a little bit and end up buying something I end up wanting to return and that's always an annoying experience, often times I just forget about it and months later realise its out of the return window now
I try to only ever do it if it's something specific I had in mind and looked at before going to the store, if I'm on holiday and just checking stores out I try to avoid buying anything even if I like it, I don't want to have the hassle of needing to return stuff in person by a deadline
In general I buy a lot of stuff and very often, but I return stuff a lot so probably only 20% of stuff I've bought in the past few years I've kept, maybe even less
Thrift stores only work for manlets. If you 6’5 and over good luck finding s*** in a thrift store.

Privilege
i don’t live in a major city like that so most of the thrift stores are pretty boring
plus you supposed to wash that s*** right after buying i think and that sounds exhausting
Wym? Just throw it in the unwashed bin and wash it alongside the rest of your dirty clothes when it’s time
Privilege
yeah bro a privilege to own a tape measure and pay $10 for tshirt alterations and $20 for pants hem
I used to thrift a lot more than I do now, but on occasion I'll stop by the thrift on the way home from work. Used to be that damn near my entire wardrobe was thrifted or purchased secondhand online. Still have a t shirt from 10 years ago from a Goodwill out in the sticks thats still holding up
Wym? Just throw it in the unwashed bin and wash it alongside the rest of your dirty clothes when it’s time
I wonder how many times a year So Much Pain does their laundry..
Now I know the toil needed to make money I just wanna be buying assets and necessities
Plus designer s***s got way overpriced

I didn't want to be the one to say it
I was like this in my late 20s early 30s, but I am back bying things now.
What helped was getting in better shape.

You do understand that’s still privilege? Most peeps can’t afford a tailor.
yea ima b honest i gained weight and i kinda stopped giving a f*** about dressing crazy
all i want to do is wear t-shirts, straight leg jeans and some sneakers
S*** is much worse when you’re tall. 99% of shirts in the store aren’t long enough
