no i don't think so. i remember watching this interview with an a&r at internet money talking about the random soundcloud rappers they try to plant. he mentioned that a majority of their look is to entertain the people that work at major label offices (normal ppl) by dressing flashy and looking crazy so they could get deals when they go their. so just try looking like an anime character you don't exactly need face tattoos
