It’s not a tremendous jump but all of that s*** is a gradual progression. People love to look back in hindsight and say that s***. Idk if y’all are young or what but I’ve heard this narrative so many times over from every console and every time by the end of each console cycle, the game’s look better and better.

Look at the game’s at the start of the PS4 to games like Death Stranding and Ghost of Tsushima. It’s not just about “high picture quality.” It’s about realistic movements and other s*** too that makes the games look good. Running animations, smooth gameplay etc.
