I generally only stick to historical non-fiction when listening to audio-books. Right now listening to a complete history of the Romanov family.

I guess I’ve been reading autobiographies as of most recently so those. I’m really open to anything though at this point

    Dune <<<
Elon Musk Biography although I think youve had this already
    Count of Monte Cristo
    The Stand
11/22/63 or pretty much everything else by stephen king, his books are really made for audiohearing

David Goggins' "Can't Hurt Me" is a great listen and really inspiring in a number of ways. For a different vibe, the Enders Game series is fantastic.

audiobook has a torrent site like thepirate. Bay for both

So i travel alot for a job so im constantly on the road. Was thinking of getting into audiobooks to pass the time.

    Best app for audiobooks?

Generally do the narration on fantasy novels monotone or do they actually make the reading interesting?

Honestly think I may start listening to Audiobooks and then getting the physical copy to retain info. It’s like I can catch gems and zone out after a while but it’s cool to have that alternative to just reading all the time.

If you fw Count of Monte Cristo you’d probably be into The Black Count

It’s a Biography on Dumas’ father.

I do this but the other way around. I like using it as an alternative to actually re-reading an entire book.

Just got back into kindle and didn’t know they integrated audible into it. So now you can go back and forth and not lose you’re spot. Sorry if this is old news lmao

    yea same

im having trouble to focus 100% while listening to audiobooks mainly because i listen to them while running errands and s***

so i read the physical book before i listen to the audiobook so that if i drift off im not completely lost and have to skip back every couple minutes
