    I’ve been doing meditation on and off for the past 5 years or so but it never has really made much of a difference in my life. I’ve tried a few methods guided meditation with the Sam Harris app. Wim Hof’s breathing techniques. Silently sitting in my room. Around this time of year I usually get an urge to get back into it. Any suggestions?

    I’ve experimented a bit. My go tos are any form of counting your breaths. I do a lot of 4-7-8 and mix it up as I like, challenging myself to do 10-14-24 or count to 150 doing regular inhale (1), exhale (2), etc.

    I def recommend 478 tho its goat

    I did it for 30 minutes while high once and was floating for real
