What's the best portable bluetooth speaker currently on the market??
I see everyone with JBL ones
Unlimited budget but just looking for a light, compact one to take during summer picnics and stuff
the sony xb's are pretty good, I have the sony xb3, sounds very nice, I was using it in cars that didn't had aux, lol
if you have 2 of them you can link them together, it also has a usb port that can be used as an external battery

Looks super cool and love the colorways it comes in
"I have several suggestions, they are speakers that I own and whose sound quality I can testify.
Dockin dfine: quite large in size, but full sound, it easily fills a room with good music, maybe a little boomy but in a pleasant way.
Tribix maxsound plus: low cost but absolutely excellent audio quality, quite light and portable.
Bose soundlink flex, typical Bose boomy sound, but beautiful, solid, waterproof. The most expensive of the lot." ~a user from AudioScienceReview

I have the XB43
Fills a talkative room with sound, battery life is crazy and the price is solid.
Wish there was better low end but overall I recommend it

Can confirm this one is amazing
I’ve had a Sony XB since 2016, use it in the shower everyday, and have dropped it multiple times and it still works perfectly
My JBL Charge 5 is pretty sweet. My friend has the JBL Xtreme and that thing gets loud af but it’s significantly bigger.
How portable are we talking? The UE Hyperboom is apparently amazing but it’s massive (oh nvm you said light and compact)
no one plugged UE Boom yet? been great in my experience.
Definitely can’t go wrong with any of the UEs
