Keep in mind a lot of these unemployment people would be able get back to work right away as soon restrictions ease off. Meaning a lot of people are not out of a job because of lay off or companies going out of business, they are out of a job temporary until we get back up. I think once when and hopefully things stabilize the unemployment rate will also drop drastically.
