the rice is just as good when you get the ratio correct, but there's infinite possibilities with an IP.

I hear this a lot, but idk.. I have an instant pot and just never use the damn thing, lol. I still pull out my rice cooker alllll the damn time.
I feel like if I got in the habit of using the instant pot it would be a game changer. Just never feel the need to as I am always home with covid. I feel it would be way more clutch if I was bopping in and out with work commute and regular s***
depends on what you usually make tbh. I love stews but it's a pain in the ass to constantly look over the pot to make sure it's not too hot or too cold, stirring, etc., the IP is just way too convenient.
and yeah, I haven't been using it as much during the pandemic, but pre-COVID it was a big timesaver. especially since I have a decent commute.
