i try to use recipes from like
alton brown, serious eats, chefsteps, nytimes n stuff too otherwise, just test kitchens that know a bit of food science and have really made their recipes as repeatable by other ppl as possible

and i go thru food52.com a lot just to find new things i havent heard of
they also have recipes from a lot of celebrity chefs like magnus nilsson n stuff and they do a bit of curating so they generally hav p good recipes
