The label took Andre off of the official “Lookin’ 4 Ya” and it had to be released unofficially as a loosie. I remember Big Boi explaining that they have to appear together on a track as Outkast or something and there’s just a lot of politics behind it.

I just see Andre doing a one and done thing if he ever does it, and in that case I'd rather have him display the breadth of his artistic evolution than do some sort of quota-based thing where he's trading bars with Big Boi. Maybe a song or two would be cool in promotion of a joint tour, but it was so apparent that he was at a creative impasse on Idlewild that at this point its prospect doesn't feel as fruitful.

Also I've come to realize that Andre sounds so much more at home doing his own minimal thing/working with James Blake that the idea of making full-fledged productions with Organized Noise doesn't sound too enticing. Those recent Big Boi projects are whatever
