wake up 20 minutes before my shift starts, take a 5 minutes shower, and hit some Need for Speed maneuvers to get there on time. It's mostly one highway to my job so not too bad. Stressing to make it on time to work is annoying tbh, I should really work on waking up earlier

yeah bro and considering I'm an RN I should really be more alert and disciplined I graduated not too long ago though so still settling into my new lifestyle

after you just brute force yourself out of bed a few times it starts to get easier and come naturally
nowadays i find myself waking up a few minutes before my 6am alarm feeling alert and ready to start the day

I usually work afternoon/evening shift I be waking up 10 hours before work

5:30am - wake, at most I’ll snooze the alarm until 6.
6am - meditation and other self care things. I’ll figure out the goals for the day.
7am - meal prep for the day so it’s not on my mind. Figure out what I’m going to wear, again, so it’s one less thing to worry about. I usually do not eat breakfast.
9am - work on whatever goals I set earlier.
1pm - break. Remember to stand, have outdoor time, socialize in some form even if it’s just ktt2 and discord. Just something to break up the monotonous nature of work (whatever that is for you, I mostly wfh).
Looking to change mine bc right now it sucks
My schedule changes a lot bc I work in retail but I'm normally asleep by 1/2 and awake by 9, though I stay in bed for almost an hour some days before I actually get up
I hear about people who wake up at like 5 am and have time to jog or work out or read or make breakfast before the day really starts I'm tryna be more like that

getting out of bed is the most important step
gotta train your brain to default to bed = sleep not bed = lying awake maybe scrollin for an hour
Wake up in the morning thinkin bout money, kick my feet up
Watch a comedy, take a s***, then roll some weed up
Go hit a lick, go f*** a b****, don't go to work today
Cop a fit or maybe some kicks and make it work today
Hang with the homies, stunt on my baby mama, sip some lean
Go get a pistol, shoot out the window, bet my favorite team
Play me some Madden, go to the club or my mama house
Whatever I'm doing, just make it count
I'm up at 6am
first thing I do is feed the cat and make a cup of coffee
then I either sit inside or if its warm enough out on the front porch and drink my coffee and rock the daily wordle and quordle while listening to some nice jazz chunes
then when the coffee starts hittin its time to start s***tin
then I spend the next hour or so doing a little movement to wake my body up, maybe a walk around the neighborhood or some yoga along with a little 10 min meditation as well as some reading
around 8 I whip up my breakfast and take my vitamins
then it's off to work around 8:45

Alarm goes off at 5am (to get ready to go to the gym)
I end up not going
Snooze till 6am (to get ready and eat breakfast and do my exercise at home since I missed the gym)
I end up not doing that
Snooze till 6:55am( to get ready and not rush and also to possibly beat traffic by leaving a lil bit early)

Snooze till 7:10 am
I get up regretting not doing what I planned to do.
Get ready
Heat up my oatmeal In my cup.
Leave in a rush like always
Stress cuz traffic is a B**** and I feel like I'ma be late (every other day I swear someone crashes).
Our parking spot is like deadass 5 min away from our building.
I park
Speed walk to work (and it's going up a slight hill)
And punch in 3 min early
This is the current limbo I'm in.
