People all across the country are Cha Cha Sliding to as a way to bring the community together. However can’t do that with a song that has violent lyrics in it.

Personally, I rock with the song. However my view on this is not in hindsight to the protest. I’ve been saying this the moment Toosie Slide dropped. The violent lyrics were not necessary for a dance track like this.

This really could’ve been a song that inspired young people since they identify with Drake more and the song being way fresher than Cha Cha. This could’ve had the impact Gods Plan had a few years ago but way bigger.

One Dance is a different type of dance track though. It’s more for a club environment. Toosie literally giving dance instructions so it’s something everybody could’ve done

    But it's the same concept

It was a fun dancehall track with violent lyrics sneaked in there

No, but it could’ve been a song played at protest to unite people. Go outside.

Suspect thread. Who cares that one random song that has nothing to do w BLM hasn’t been used as a protest song? Why are you describing the protests as an ‘opportunity’??

He'll def have a line about Floyd on the album. trust
