I say that because having leaks out is one thing but an official release for EVERYONES consumption would be over saturation especially if he follows up with CLB right after. Like when he first put DLDT out I knew it would be a while before we got the “album” it would be too much music being put out I think. Also fixing and mastering those leaked tracks only takes up more time and energy that could go towards finishing CLB.
