What are some trivial things that make you happy?
For me: the feeling you get after taking a shower after working out where you're a bit out of breath but feel fresh. Hugs (street-wise). Petting dogs. When you get just the right balance of coffee/milk/sugar . What about yall.
Reading books. Being in nature. Listening to new music. Having fulfilling conversations.
Having a good shroom trip in nature once every 1-2 months is super helpful to stay grounded and stay on the right path.
Super spiritual experience

Human joy and happiness would end then too

Damn just realized my day’s feel like I’m in autopilot, void of any real impact, bearing no weight
