    the secret history a cult classic
    the goldfinch was great too

    did you finish the little friend? picked it up and thought i would love it after very much enjoying her other two novels but man this one was a drag... only read like 1/3 of it and never finished

    She’s unreal, hopefully we’re due for another one in the next couple years

    I haven’t read The Little Friend yet, it’s close up on my reading list though along with Swing Time by Zadie Smith and A Farewell to Arms by Hemingway

    i read the bell jar like 3 or 4 times, absolute cult classic. So sad that she took her life so young. Cant recommend it enough
