“Get in touch with your sense of spirituality” I think this is an underrated tip. It helped me temporarily fasho getting into all of that energy stuff. It stopped working only cause I wasn’t strong enough to fight. But this is a very solid list. And I love how you didn’t include smoking weed or trying to get p**** like I’ve seen people say in the past. But I will say I don’t think there’s a fix for depression, imo it’s just one of those things you try to manage and hope it doesn’t consume you. Or maybe that’s just me saying that cause I’m still fighting with no W in sight.

I think depression is a natural human emotion, but also a result of something lacking in your life. Kinda lack anxiety is your body’s way of telling you that it’s time to panic
I think for most people, it isn’t exactly chronic and there are ways for them to dig themselves out of that hole. Of course that doesn’t mean it’s gone for good, but we should use depressive moods to identify what could be happening to us on the inside to make us feel that way and try to find ways to make it right
Also yea, spirituality is very important for the human condition. Lots of people will scoff and assume I’m talking about astrology or some s***, but really just finding a faith, something to believe in that’s bigger than yourself can do wonders

Some of these things can be done before a 9-5, I’d also advise people who work 9-5s to make it a goal to find a living that’s more suitable for their lifestyle. yes, 9-5s make it slightly more difficult but not impossible
Mfs with depression should just stop being depressed it’s easy as that
