I don’t understand the appeal of playing Batman, Superman, The Lego Incredibles, Lord of the Rings, modern Star Wars games and whatever other movie games are out there. They all loook so boring and something I can look to elsewhere to get my fix from. Why do people like movie games so much?

Star Wars universe got so many possibilities for games. Half the other ones you listed were either comics or books first.

Most of them aren't, majority is trash. Good games gets credit where it's due fx Golden Eye.
