I used to be able to do shots and drink a s***ton of different types of alcohol in one night and have a good time.

Well today I went out, had 1 beer and 2 glasses of wine. I felt sick, tired, nauseous, got a headache and had to call it a early night. I couldn't even do 1 shot because I knew it would make me instantly puke.

did I just develop an alcohol intolerance like wtf?? my whole night got ruined because of 1 beer and 2 glasses of wine.

anyone experience developing alcohol intolerance later in life?`

EDIT: for those who clearly don't understand, I didn't get hungover and I almost never get hungover. I got instantly sick from drinking alcohol, like: drinks beer, gets sick instead of getting a buzz.

Dawg when I turned like 22 I went from a rager legend that could clear out half the bar and a do backflips when I woke up in the morning. Then my mid-20’s hit and I need a 4 hour nap after like 3 beers.

Age. Mine started at 25. Now a few years later, I can hardly handle a 6 pack and a shot without waking up hungover the whole day

same. 22 now and getting drunk isn’t half as fun as it was as a teen. i’ll have a beer with dinner like once a month now and that’s basically it.

they set the legal age at 21 bc they knew the real ones would be on the decline by then

You’re probably already dehydrated, not getting enough sleep and other stuff.

This happens to me but only once in a while for some reason

Usually happens when I have a couple Modelos. But other times I drink it and I’m fine

happens as you grow old even if that sounds weird

Whenever it happens to me I ride through it, puke, eat and go back to drinking

either that or go without a single drop of alcohol for months

Yeah op I’m 25 and I usually have a couple high percentage beers and 3 is about the limit before I wake up feeling like trash in the morning

The trick I’ve found that’s helped me in later years is drink a f*** ton of water. Like a whole f***ing lot before drinking

It's called alcohol intolerance a lot of people get that s***. Some people develop it later in life too it's really not as rare as you think.

Also stick to clear liquors right now I only drink Tequila and usually it takes less than 24 hours to return to normal (had like 4.5 shots worth Friday). Probably get similar results with Vodka but have yet to experiment, Gin is probably similar too.

there’s been mad times where we were out drinking and he’d be puking out in the parking lot but go right back to doing shots after

I remember one time we were chugging those small like 2 shot Ciroc bottles outside the club and he puked mid chug and went right back chugging to finish it off
