There’s a grey area about how you use the sample but if the artists being sampled/their label wanna be d***s about it then you can be sued

Yes but there isn't such option for spotify. I personally think a "mixtape zone" or mixtape option for spotify would be a huge reason to pay for that service instead of the other ones namean

Its not about ads not playing over those songs its about bringing people to YOUR PLATFORM to listen to those songs. It brings customers through your doors with something you have no rights to use.
