  • Nonfiction- Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie Notes on Grief— really puts words to how absolutely s***ty you feel but shifts your persoective too
Or Grief One day at a time- bite sized day by day so not too overwhelming

    Fiction :
Super unconventional and just a weird book but the emotion resonated so much w me: Pure Colour by Sheila Heti

  • Man's Search for Meaning
    Book by Viktor Frankl

  • An underrated tip: May sound weird but try searching for comics with grief as a central theme.
