and both songs were still great
Bad album, but this was 3 years dated in references and sonically heinous while trying to be pop

i honestly do believe he set the bar low for the albums despite loving the songs. this is TPAB and DAMN. we're talking about 2 amazing albums with lead singles that are misleading imo

yeah it threw me off at first but in the context of the album i is one of the best songs
Maybe watch for Astro which ended up not making it, decent song but at the time it didn’t get me crazy for Astro as a single
kendrick has done this every rollout. if the single mid you know he’s bout to drop the greatest album ever made
