A day or two ago I saw a thread in the help section here about cleaning up the og ktt but it it got deleted.

Not sure if people don't care since we got this site now but from a perspective of preservation of internet and music culture this is sad af.

Can somebody clear up what's up? Like, nobody has powers to ban that dude and delete that s***? There's no admins?

Maybe I'm too sentimental but it's weird to see that almost no one cares lol.

afaik the only admin is the site holder which is just some holding company iirc. jay cutler is still active with his powers and (likely him) has been randomly banning people. they locked down all the sections and deleted the posts in the dumbest way possible. they didnt delete them via the tools the forum software uses rather they deleted them in the actual database so they still show on the site but give an error when you click.

edit: looks like they deleted the threads from the feed too but in the same way so now a lot of the sections just have a blank where the latest thread should be.
