Every episode has been:

Kendall taking L's and digging his own grave.

Shiv torn between being a daddy's girl and a snake,

Roman begging for a smidge of recognition and attention from his father + his entire "I care, but i'll insult you first" shtick.

Connor being the oldest but being treated like the youngest.

And the writers having no idea where they're going with Greg.

The only worth while story arc - with potential - is Tom. A****** turns out to be cool after all.

Only way I see Tom flipping is if Shiv leaves Logan’s nest too. To flip to Kendall or flip to DOJ and break apart from all family ties (including Kendall) doesn’t seem like a good enough future as he outlined to Kendall “they’re picking the president.” He doesnt want to do anything that will have the powers that be trying to harm him

That's an odd summary of Tom. He's only acting like this because he's at his lowest point

IMO Succession has never had a fast moving plot. Apart from some character specific moments, nothing game changing ever happens until the finales. Enjoy the ride, I'm sure the s3 finale won't disappoint.
