So I’ve been seeing a lot of information online recently, stating that if you don’t wake up with a morning woods on a semi-often basis then you may have some underlying health issue.
Well I haven’t had a morning wood since I was like 17 lmao. I may have had one or 2 this past year idk but main point is that they are few and far between.
I’m a pretty healthy guy that works out regularly. So I dont think it has anything to do with my blood flow, I think I just been yanking it too much. I have had a handful of occasions where I couldnt get it up during s***

eat less meat and more vegetables, workout more regularly, do not jerk off everyday and never with p***, first thing in the morning get some sun on your skin/eyes, no caffeine after 2pm, go to bed and wake up within the same 30min window
after a month of this if your d*** is still broke just take a long walk off a short pier

also worrying about it can affect things as well. you might be getting an erection while you sleep without realizing it, but then as your brain wakes up in the morning it activates your thoughts/worries about it, and as a result, you don’t get one
it’s the same reason why people wake up in the middle of the night during a panic attack. your brain is very active at night so to speak.
That NoFap stuff is bullshit. If you already aren’t getting wood it’s more likely to just make your d*** go completely dormant than anything.
Your problem is probably low testosterone. I would take a blood test and check your T levels. Doctors will never prescribe it to you but there are online clinics that you can order testosterone from.
Also could be a blood flow issue. Might be worth looking into daily Cialis if you’re having problems with ED. You can get a lot of meds like that for cheap thru GoodRX.
