I'm realizing that as I get older I see the true future of how screwed our world is.

Most people born around the millennium did NOT grow up in a time where social media was so locked in to how it is now, younger people are now documenting their entire lives on it which is scary. Think about how much borderline pedo s*** is being posted on TikTok with no moderation and it being deleted. At least on other platforms this stuff was selectively gotten rid of.

This means that alot of these young people's careers are going to be absolutely F***ED in the future and it's scary.

Think about it: someone runs for a political spot and then BAM all of a sudden their nudes are dug up. People can use this s*** to blackmail now and it's insane.

As a personal story: I got rejected from a job because they saw a picture of me at a party drinking on facebook, I legit had that s*** private too. So it's scary to think about what's going on
    Anyone else worried?

Hotter take some of those successful onlyfans are making more in a few month than I will likely make in 10 years and I’d rather be them, future be damned

yeah i know what you mean. saw a story a few days back about a kid who choked to death doing a tiktok challenge. i have tiktok but i mean i’m 20 and i know right for wrong. it’s just kids who have no parental guidance or have no respect for themselves who are in trouble.

This. The parents have failed nowadays bro.

    Nah bro, I disagree.

Majority of people do not use social media for posting s*** to incriminate themselves.

If it's as small as a stupid tweet from years ago or a snapchat story I think pretty much everyone has something on them. What I mean is that in 20 years had an employer found a picture of you drinking on Facebook it wouldn't be a dealbreaker

a lot of kids get mad or complain because they have “strict parents”. i’m thankful i have strict parents. they’ve saved me from getting myself into trouble many times.

Yeah I mean that's true, but what about girls or guys posting nudes online?

That's gonna screw their careers over.

I heard some companies might call your friends or people that know you because they want to learn about skeletons in your closet but watching that much your Facebook is wild to me.

I think we should shift towards not being so judgemental of what people have done in their past. If you haven't killed anybody or comitted any crime, why should the company give a f*** if you sold some nudes on onlyfans, have pics of u drinking on social media or went viral on tiktok? These big companies put up this false front like they give a f*** about "ethics" yet 90% of them are successful through exploitation and indulge in some of the same things they're demonizing in their own personal lives.

it has been proved that only 0,9% of OF account get 91% of the money circulating on OF

that just replicated the irl capitalism

Smart idea, maybe deactivating s*** is the new idea when you reach a certain idea. Sure they can dig up stuff but it probably wont be prominent unless it went "viral".

Also, they legit said to me "we can't have a company image of that"

Feel like it’s more likely folks won’t care in the future. And i mean, a lot of OF girls are already making the equivalent of a normal job so they might not have to worry abt it

The only thing is having an OF as a primary source of income can only last for a few years

It's just like how modeling has like a 10-15 year window tops

I mean I see in some ways what you mean, but also I think it comes down to morals and dignity and s***. When people have access to your own private images and stuff they can use it to blackmail you or whatever.
