also i feel like a lot of them are saying this with the idea that everyone their speaking to is going to vote for who they want.
Voting matters.
So, I don't feel any way.
but do you think they put these messages out with the idea that most of their fanbase leans towards supporting the same candidate as them and that them having large a large following means more votes for that candidate. or are they just passionate about people exercising their right to vote regardless of who they support. the latter seems kinda weird to me. it's like we are all adults what's the point of telling people to vote. why should you care unless you plan on using your platform as a tool to get more votes for the candidate of your choice. just #asking.
don't care about that
don't like when they tell people who they're voting for / endorsing

I mean they are just saying vote not what candidate... that’s all in the air with yourself on who you choose
i was wondering why the hell they've been spamming TF out their IG's with "go vote" and I came to the conclusion that they're prolly being pushed by their labels, as far as artists are concerned

Because not everyone votes, even if they are an adult. Voting is an important part of democracy and a lot of things happen simply because people don't vote or pay attention to who they're voting for.
You should care just as much as anyone else because who we elect can have an impact on our lives directly.

i kno but they probably figure that most of their fanbase leans a certain way depending on who they are. so they tell people to vote knowing that most of their fans align with them politically. or else why would you tell people to vote. it's like telling people to exercise their privilege as an American to drive a car take your driver's test today.
dont care at all
It's no different than your friends or family telling you to vote. It doesn't even matter if they tell you who to vote for or not. That's their choice.
every person in this country should be force to vote. I dont care if it dem, repub, green, lib, kanye, harambe

well what is an example of what could happen if not as many people went out to vote.
i mean people are going to vote regardless
why are you telling as many people as possible to go out and vote
that's what i don't get really
unless you're just really passionate about America and love seeing people exercise their rights
Annoying????
Necessary????
discuss.
kinda seems like some do it in an attempt to seem woke and pander. but there's nothing wrong with it I guess. you can always ignore it
im probably going to vote btw
i just don't understand the need to tell everyone to go out and vote
