10-15 minutes laying in bed on my phone, make sure nothing pressing is going on
10-15 minutes to shower, piss, brush my teeth and stuff.
5-10 minutes for a quick breakfast, sometimes go grab some Starbucks if I need a quick caffeine buzz
20 minutes catching up on current affairs on my phone, seeing what’s up with friends and fam
1-2 minutes setting up my hammock or patio chairs + table

Rn it's wake up, make coffee, read and journal while coffee brewing, drink coffee and put my knee in a far infrared/negative ion thing my massage therapist left for me to use, poop and wash face, neck traction/meditation, breakfast and stretching, and then I'm out. I wake up at 6 and have to be at work at 9. Sometimes do more/less or differently and it always changes but that's the routine rn.

~ shower for 10 mins (literally bought a shower timer off Amazon, game changer)
~ brushing teeth + moisturize/cleanse + oil in my hair takes about another 10 mins as well
~ dressing up and packing my stuff another 10 mins
I can usually get ready for whatever in 30 mins essentially. Add maybe a 5 mins to brew my coffee
I stay in bed for hours a lot just listening to music, but get up and get ready pretty quick if I got something to be at

bruh, if you’re not s***ting get off the toilet. don’t stay there longer than 5-10 minutes. you can develop hemorrhoids this way and those mfs hurt

I spend at least an hour pooping every morning.. it sucks, lol. It's not constipation. I just poop multiple times. The other day it was 6 times before I could actually start getting ready for work... and then I poop a few times throughout the day. I've always pooped a lot, but it's getting worse as I get older. I think I need to see a doctor because I believe that I may have some kind of condition. It sucks because it feels like pooping takes up a significant portion of my day, smh.
