I don’t do anything memorable so yeah I can’t remember s***

Wish I could remember late 90s vivid memories don’t start for me until early 2002

I remember a lot of unnecessary things

i am increasingly starting to think that the ADHD/attention span epidemic might have something to do with this

I see so many ppl talking about struggles with long-term memory and forgetfulness

I can remember a few parts of pre school and my first day of pre K pretty well

So about age 2-3 earliest

I think my long term memory is decent but short term is a bit s***

I cant remember s***

I have a bad memory most of the time

i remember most of my life's phases, different pivotal events from childhood and adolescence. might be an adhd thing or maybe i just made a lot of mistakes but i actually still remember a lot of the random dumb s*** i did as a kid

I can remember most of it except for like 18-22 where I have large gaps due to intermittent benzo abuse

Kicked that habit last May though and my memory has been crystal clear ever since

hardly anything

U know how much s*** happened in ur life.. a lot

U remember very little of it
