more than I want to but I've at least cut away the more harmful social media use

still tryna overcome brain rot though from decades of attention span shortening apps and sites and how harmful p*** can be too

s***s everywhere its why i dont go on ig anymore and why i cut my twitter followers by like 70%.

anyway my bad days its 9hrs screen time my better days as low as 1hr. Average is around 5-6 which is still way too high.

thx for bringing this back to my attention OP, needa read more books

    • 24 hours on YouTube
    • 4 hours on KTT
    • 6 hours on safari ( including ktt)
    • 5 hours on twitter
    • 3 hours playing this game on my phone
    • 2 hours texting

It used to be around 10-11 hours. Now I'm busy working from home, reading books, occissonally playing video games, & trying to get back into beat making, I don't have enough time/ care for to f*** around on my phone anymore.

I actually have a older used Kindle so I just torrent books from libgen.is on my phone and then email them to my Kindle. It's OP tbh and helps me read more since it's A) free and B) super convenient.
