  • So I'm in South Africa and I ordered a Barcelona shirt off Nike a while ago. Was scheduled to arrive around 8 December. Got an Aramex tracking number and the last update they posted is 2 December, ready for delivery/collection. I started calling Nike around the 13th of December because it hadn't arrived yet. Tried a local Aramex number too, but the mfs never picked up

    So I call Nike, the person tells me they escalating the matter. Been going through this over the past few weeks like every 3 days asking for an update. They sent an email after the initial call but every interaction since, I've been the one calling them. The last time I called, they said they would request a proof of delivery from Aramex. Now at some point during making these calls, the status on the Nike app actually changed to delivered even though the package was never delivered to me Aramex still didn't update, 2 December still the last update they have. I called Aramex yesterday and someone actually picked up. I asked them just to tell me which branch the package is at, I'm willing to drive and collect it at this point. Aramex also tells me some s*** about escalating the matter and investigating

    I'm nervous because that shirt is fire af and my first order got cancelled by Nike because they didn't have stock. Was able to order a Medium soon after that and then this s*** happens. I feel like I should just order another one but then I'm paying 3000 for two of the same Barcelona shirt and I don't even have one of them Plus the same thing could happen. I feel like someone stole my package but I don't know how I can prove that. Can I actually get the shirt at this point? I'd rather have the shirt than the money and I know they gonna try everything before they refund me so the shirt will probably be sold out by the time I get my money back

    I got Patent Bred 1s coming in too, they better not pull this s*** with that package

    Their reviews on Google are TERRIBLE, countless reviews about packages just not being delivered and them not answering the phones. I have no idea why Nike uses them. But I've received like 10 shoes over the past year and they arrived everytime Only one of the boxes arrived a bit f***ed up, but this was around that Off White Dunk era so I feel like people were snooping to try and steal some

    All you can really do is stay on Nike's ass and let em know what's up until you get what you want

    push them to send a replacement and see if they can use a different courrier as well

    They called me She said they didn't know which exact address is mine because there's the same address in Brooklyn Glad that they actually have the package, hopefully it gets here soon

    That courrier service is absolute ASS if they're getting Brooklyn and wherever you are in South Africa mixed up

  • Package was lost I'm getting a refund. Would love the shirt but I can't trust this courier anymore

    I didn't put the suburb on my Nike profile and there are a few of the same address in my city. But the postal code is there and they've delivered like 15 packages here from Nike before, so Idk how Aramex is using that as an excuse

    I'm taking them to small claims court if the same thing happens to those patent breds
