mindfulness is so important. deep breathes. self awareness in the moment. but not excessive ofc bc then id be being mad at myself for being mad at myself type s***. perpetual cycle

I take it for social situations where no ones really drinking or for things like presentations it’s also really fun for dates and whenever I’m tripping I take a little to make sure I don’t have a panic attack but not too much it kills the trip at all
It’s really euphoric but not too overwhelming and I usually take it when I’m doing something fun anyways so it’s one of my favorite d****
Gives me horrible rebound anxiety tho so I only take it every so often once a week at most I haven’t taken it in a few months

Overthinking is a sign of having too much time, get busy.
If you are busy rest is important and staying calm and managing stress are important too meditation helps me with both
