What's up KTT fam. My dad is cuban, and after a visit to doctor earlier this year it turns out my triglycerides are through the roof. While exercise is an option, my dad is an avid runner and his dad literally ran a farm... and both still had high triglycerides.
So. any one here got low-carb meal and snack recommendations? I've been looking online but everything has been pointlessly fancy, like. I'm not gonna cut vegetables and make tzatziki or aoili just so i can have a snack. I just want something i can grab and eat because i'm busy and have school and work and mental illness.
