Your ticket should have a dollar/point amount and a court date. If you dont have that, its a warning. If you're concerned, call the number on the ticket or your local police department (don't use 911 obviously).

its not a warning it says C/I
underneath payment there is nothing its a blank space
it list a court address with an appearance
date of within 14 days but it said that for pretty much all my tickets in my life. Why should i go to a court appearance if i do not know much I should pay...

Assuming that's your district, you have 14 days to respond. Give the courthouse a call tomorrow for more information. If you dont respond it seems they auto issue a judgement against you + additional fines.

Heres what you do.
1st: respond
2nd: attend the court date they give you
3rd: take the offer from the prosecutor (which will always be cheaper with less points).

You have to go in to get your court date
So I called my lawyer and said it was $225 for him to go in for me to possibly get the ticket dismissed or get it reduced. I'm fighting this and I'm not going to let some young cop f*** me over and get points on my record.

You can push your court date back bro, call them and ask them to reschedule it a month later.
Also you should be able to pay unless it's a misdemeanor or wreck less driving.

Is he good?
Why wouldn’t you yield
Didn’t you see the officer
the car in front of me wasn't moving and was watching the accident. i switched lanes. i stopped and i checked my blindspot. he didn't move so i moved into the next lane
context: there was traffic on the freeway due to accident. Freeway down to two lanes and then one lane under a bridge where the accident occurred. I'm in the middle lane. Look in my left side blind spot, car lets me make a left turn into the far left lane and i drive off. I don't think im guilty here so I'm fighting the ticket.
Is he good?
not sure. i did little research and I didn't find any bad reviews. but he works right near the district court so he's familiar. Call and did a over the phone "consultation". I'm confident to an extent that I might beat this case...

When I got RECKLESS driving I got the best traffic lawyer in the district, costed me $500,.but he got it reduced to a regular speeding violation.
I did 73 in a 45.
Good lawyers are worth their weight in gold bro.

its a minor yield ticket. I didn't cause any accidents and my driving record is pretty decent. I don't be reckless out here...
im not spending $500 for a $140 ticket. I can't afford it. My lawyer got $225 and he doing all the work for me.
