Don’t mean that as a twisted compliment either, I mean I actually hate how good it is. It’s a new age for delivered goods and there is no real competition.

I like to support small businesses, but it’s hard to not just go with Amazon for the convenience of it all. It just feels a bit too broad and powerful as a company. And I can never forget the whole white supremacy book placement that was up for ages before reaching headlines.

Basically, love the convenience but hate the mega corporation. Who else feels the same?

I’m not gonna complain. They’ve given me full refunds without ever asking for the products back. Same-day shipping is great too

Lol I actually bought this trimmer because it had really good reviews, from a seller like that and then it broke after about 4 months, i wrote a nasty review and they emailed me it was a chinese name/email and they said they'll refund me and give me a $15 gift card if i delete my review and i did lol!

yeah they deadass did the maths and figured out it was more profitable to sell s***ty products and then pay for positive reviews or deletion of negative reviews

it really is. the things you can do with big data + technology are astonishing
