I’m the type where my diet is reflected in my skin. If I’m eating right my skin is fine. If I’m eating like crap, it shows.

I’ve noticed DARK dark people have some of the best skin. Brodie came in my store the other day looking like god just washed his face. Not a single imperfection. I had to ask him what he does and he just said I drink 2 GALLONS of water a day. At that point I believe it.

The routine.

The lye in bar soap is better at cleaning the dirt and s*** compared to a body wash, in fact it’s so good it usually dries your skin up lol

Twice a week I apply this to my face after a VERY good wash, removes all the dead skin on your face. Acne no longer randomly pops up, face is more vibrant etc.

This is used after washing, good for fine lines around forehead and eyes

This serum only works well if you don’t have a bunch of dead skin on your face. Adds vibrancy and glow

Sunscreen is a must, serums are great but don’t tend to lock in moisture all that well, a moisturizing sunscreen is a god send. Get something “high sheer” if you are colored.

I’ve struggled with acne and ingrown hairs on my face ever since puberty hit me and this is the only thing that eliminated it. Ofc your mileage may vary.
