I watched the video over and over, I really believe he knocked those kids over on purpose he legit jumped on them than kept ducking using them for cover

Right before he ran into them he was more worried about the shooter and wasn’t looking at the kids. Even when running into them he was on top originally

Then the shooter came in front of him and he tried to run the other way and tripped which got the kids in much more danger. If he had been able to keep running it woulda never got that close

Didn’t seem to intentionally try to tie them up imo at least. Wasn’t in his interest to run into them it’s why he was able to be hit twice so easily
