emotionally draining movie. the scene with mm when sees all the tapes of his kids growing older. s*** gives me goosebumps thinking about it. he definitely carried the movie from an average to a good one imo

Phenomenal movie... The ending fails it greatly by creating a million plot holes. I kind of buy going into a black hole, and the full circle back to the bookshelf is cool, but then they try to explain it, which makes the entire ending nonsensical and absolutely non-believable. I can't get over the fact that he makes it through the black hole, just in time for Murph to be passing and an overly feel-good ending. The ending is really the only place this movie fails, and a movie like 2001 really excels.
