Thinking of things in vague terms of worst, best, good, bad only stunts your growth. Words like those hold no meaning; instead, gauge your life in terms of did or did not. Did you wake up today? Youre already starting off on a good foot cuz a lot of people would answer no if they could answer at all. Did you do that project? Make breakfast? Say hi to my family? Meditate? Anything at all should be measured by getting things done.
