    Im literally arguing with my girl rn cuz she thinks it is an eating disorder. I said that fasting is a choice and you can choose when to stop. You are doing it for your health and weight loss. Then I said that anorexia is an unconscious decision not to eat. I can tell she got mad when I said that. Then I said that anorexia is mental illness and that they choose not to eat due to stress/anxiety and self hatred or some other type of behavior. Am I in the wrong rn? Pls dont be mean

    as long as you have enough energy to work out you’re fine. just eat after your workout.

    Why tf do you eat a meal a day tho, At least you need 2 meals a day, Sometimes skipping the last 3rd meal helps when doing workouts but a meal a day ain’t nothing tbh op, During these days I’ve ate a f***ing ton tbh, My body is kinda getting used to it and that’s fine, But a meal a day aint healthy tbh

    intermittent fasting doesnt even have to be 1 meal a day though lmao
    and as long as u get enough calories with that 1 meal, whats the issue? humans dont have to eat all day, thats just our luxury

    Why tf do you eat a meal a day tho, At least you need 2 meals a day, Sometimes skipping the last 3rd meal helps when doing workouts but a meal a day ain’t nothing tbh op, During these days I’ve ate a f***ing ton tbh, My body is kinda getting used to it and that’s fine, But a meal a day aint healthy tbh

    I mean there’s different types of intermittent fasting. You can have one mean that reaches your calorie intake goal.

    I don’t like that stuff tbh, I doubt there’s bodybuilders if you trynna get to that point that eat one time per day, Ever heard of prison workouts? Those guys don’t be counting calories and s*** and they’re still ripped af, Are you trynna get ripped op? Or just to stay in shape? Because if you just wanna be in shape without that much of a definition just do cardio lol

    well bodybuilders tend to eat a lot and go over their calorie intake. I use Intermittent fasting along with working out to try to lose weight

    Then you can just adapt your meals to be more compact through the day and save the last meal, Only do 2 meals and do good ass cardio sessions, There’s this guy Called Fausto Murillo on Youtube, He has dope routines of cardio, Although aren’t you skinny enough op?

    Werent the cavemen doing this stuff involuntarily? I dont think the body cares when it gets food really, could be one meal of 2000 calories, could be 2000 calories spread across 3 meals, none of those are wrong. Now eating only 500 calories a day would be very wrong, unless youre super obese, then you can lower calories a bit more than the average person to try and lose weight, as long as youre getting all the nutrients you need, probably will need more than 500 calories though.

    Then you need to do some good ass cardio sessions if your mission is to lose weight fast, I recommend and hour a day for 4-6 days per week if possible and that will get your fat out as soon as possible, And eat at least 2 meals op, Don’t do one meal a day, Get those 2 meals a little less than what you’re used to so your body can adapt
