For fitness people, has it really helped you lose weight?
Just not sure if it's worth spending the money or not to develop healthy habits

The battery life is super ass. I want to use it during the day and sleep in it but you gotta find time to charge it which is annoying af to me

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT!!

IT LITERALLY WONT DO ANYTHING THAT YOUR IPHONE CANT DO

I just got the Apple Watch ultra which was the first one I’ve ever bought.

And I must say, it has been helpful. Checks my heart rate, my fitness journey and it’s extremely beneficial if you’re into hiking or any extreme sport.

@op nah it’s not worth it. It’s a cool little device but when it comes to fitness and stuff like tracking calories/macros/etc it doesn’t really do anything that a phone already doesn’t do.

I had one a couple of years ago for like a month and ended up just selling it.

Best feature imo was when you go for a run you can leave your phone at home and still listen to music

You’re fine without it, but once you start using it, leaving the house without it makes you feel naked. I like lifting my wrist to check messages, or change songs.

bro i been tryna make an excuse to buy an apple watch for years. i always come to the conclusion its useless unless ur athletic

No Have a series 7 used if for a few months and it’s been in my bag ever since.

  • Dec 19, 2022

I like mine a lot, but don’t buy a series 7 or anything. I’ve been rocking the series 5 for years and it does exactly what it needs to do

  • Dec 19, 2022

It is a good accessory imo, at work using it to see notifs, answering calls, it’s perfect when you aren’t able to use your phone, fitness obviously is it’s forte

  • Dec 19, 2022

    It’s a gimmick tbh

Just get an actual piece if you really want a watch. you don’t need to constantly track your vitals unless you’re an obese f***

  • Nah looks ugly

  • Dec 23, 2022

If you're into fitness the Garmin lineup is unbeatable imo

  • Dec 23, 2022

    Yes
