I hope this causes a restructuring of police systems. full bodycams and disclosure unless you're undercover.

also there needs to be some kind of psych eval to weed out the sociopaths. sociopaths tend to join systems with discipline where you can move up the ranks without a conscience. society values unconscionable people. until that stops, there will still be cops killing blacks.
