Granted, we’ve had way more time to digest VIEWS, but I still find myself listening to VIEWS during the winter more than CLB.
I feel like VIEWS has songs that fit all seasons - as it was intended.
Whenever I revisit CLB, I only revisit about 5-6 songs.
VIEWS just feels more like a complete album.
Yeah to me without a doubt. Views has higher highs even if I feel like CLB is more consistent and don’t even get me started on the level of effort from Drake pre and post release between the two which gives me to totally different perceptions of each of these albums

I’m interested to hear about his level of effort

I’ve been vocal about it throughout the sxn but personally just seems like he doesn’t give a f*** about CLB lol I think compared to how important you could tell crafting Views was to him in comparison
NWTS is a spring album
CLB is a summer album
I'm impressed by how much this answer does not address the question

Go one post down, nutsucker
Not to me, I think CLB is the better album. I just think CLB is more consistent from beginning to end than Views is.
CLB is better front to back than Views
I don’t know
VIEWS just sounds way more encapsulating - starting with the intro
CLB is fun, but there’s really no structure
Probably a post for another thread but I think Views will go down as Drake’s Graduation in his discography. He really mastered his pop rap sound on there

I was gonna argue against this, but One Dance, Hotline Bling, Controlla are all timers
I’d put these up against any song from Grad
AND I LOVE YE so let’s not turn this into a VS thread
both his worst albums so idk
