If you go on any classic show's wikipedia page, all of them have a little paragraph that pretty much sums up to "a reboot is in the works" or "a new season is in the works"

Can't wait for House of the Dragon to be a quality show, so I can watch everyone take a 180 and stop endlessly s***ting on something that was phenomenal for most of its run, and only fell off because the writers lost interest

Yea everyone was. But people's hatred for that season would make you think all of GOT was some low quality s***ty show and not one of the best shows in TV history for most of it's run.
Everyone one of use would tune in to that show every week religiously because of how much we loved it.

Like the 1st spinoff show hasn't even aired yet, let's see how quality it is before we say "let it die" . What if it ends up being GOT quality? Who's to say it won't reach the highs that the OG show reached

I just think the universe deserves another chance before saying we should just kill it off, the only thing the spin off shows need are good writing and good acting .
The writers who ruined GOT will never be involved with the show again.
The rich lore is all there, the detailed cities and lands are all there.
You just need good directors and writers to adapt it
