"I think if you asked him, he would’ve felt he got off lightly,” Harington said during the panel at the convention Sunday night, according to Entertainment Weekly. “At the end of the show when we find him in that cell, he’s preparing to be beheaded and he wants to be. He’s done. The fact he goes to the Wall is the greatest gift and also the greatest curse.”
Harington continued, “He’s gotta go back up to the place with all this history and live out his life thinking about how he killed Dany, and live out his life thinking about Ygritte dying in his arms, and live out his life thinking about how he hung Olly, and live out his life thinking about all of this trauma, and that, that’s interesting.”
So it seems like Kit feels Jon's story is incomplete. Jon hasn't been able to process anything thats happened to him, and Kit really wants to explore those themes of grief and loss
What you mean?
That you weren't trolling about jon snow being gay now lmfao
I was cast as an extra and I saw Jon Snow making out with another man. I think he's gay now.
this was so unexpected lmao
Lol they got no faith 😂😂
Probably means it’s cooked lol
I think all of those projects that required wholehearted imagination from the show runners and not just running off of source material have been shelved iirc
Rather follow his little cousin and her adventures out on sea... want to see more of this world
Dead now
Always been a stupid f***ing idea
That’s probably for the best. There’s plenty of GOT shows you can make that take place before ASOIAF, there’s no need to force a sequel show considering there is no source material
It’s always a bad idea to try and make something in this universe without having source material from GRRM
Yea, based on rumors and HOTD mentioning the Song of Fire & Ice a bunch of times a lot of people think this is gonna be an attempt to redo the white walker plot. “Somehow the Night King returned” type.
Alleged leak on the last page suggesting they’ll resurrect Dany as well.
I still think this was intended as essentially a continuation of GOT. Probably lost momentum as time passed and S8 became too far removed.
Makes me genuinely sad; this felt like the one spinoff that could've maybe fixed the mess left behind
