Yo I'm sorry to hear man, that's bad. Alot of it is "lack of insight", they believe they are normal while everyone else is wrong. Antipsychotics are very helpful to get rid of the hallucinations/delusions but unfortunately they have bad side effects.

all good; have always dealt with it, I'm numb lol. No doubt they definitely do, that's why over the years it was just a revolving door of hospitalizations as she would come on and off them, yeah exactly you can't help them rationalize it's absolutely impossible.

There is an interesting book where a woman who was becoming a doctor was studying and realized she was starting to get the delusions and was able to effectively rationalize and handle it but that's a very rare case
