I got this new hair clay and this s*** like impossible to scoop what the hell is up with that and what do you suggest to improve scoopability.

I'm scooping with my finger. Maybe my finger wasn't wet enough today because usually it is wet on other days but I didn't really wet it today so that could definitely be a contributing factor thank you I will report back tomorrow

Yeah I been heating it up but even then incredibly tough to scoop haven't had a clay like that before but I guess I'll put the blow dryer on it tomorrow for 2 minutes it is what it is

Wet your finger and then push it into the gel, twisting with the middle finger, knuckle deep

Once you’re in there you can do the “come here” motion to extract the gel .
