personally i can't really grow a meaningful amount of facial hair which is fine by me because it's a much more masculine look and i ain't really interested in all that

I have to shave. I can’t really grow facial hair. If I try I look like a crackhead. Once I’m clean shaved I look more clean and youthful.

Literally no downside to a raw beard even if you have a nice chin and jaw.
